Global climate change has an impact on the human potential, economy and ecosystems of all countries world, including Russia. A significant contribution to is made by burning fossil energy resources, which leads increase in concentration greenhouse gases atmosphere causes effect. The main consequences are average annual temperature melting glaciers, a rise level world ocean, as well severe droughts fires, floods tsunamis, decrease biodiversity. These changes have negative quality life people, availability food, health, suitability territories for housing economic activity, much more. global challenges facing community result shaping comprehensive agenda international cooperation over next few decades. relevance this will constantly increase, regardless various factors tension.
